These SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions govern text messages sent by Rumsey Construction Inc. (“Rumsey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
SMS Program Description
Program Name: Rumsey Construction Equipment Issue SMS Program
Rumsey Construction Inc. may send SMS text messages to individuals who voluntarily opt in to receive messages.
SMS messages may include communications concerning:
Equipment issue submissions
Equipment ticket confirmations
Ticket numbers
Questions concerning an open equipment issue
Service or repair coordination
Ticket status updates
Scheduling
Other communications directly related to the issue or request submitted by the recipient
This SMS program is intended primarily for transactional and customer-care communications and is not intended for unsolicited marketing.
Consent
By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and selecting the SMS consent option presented to you, you agree to receive SMS messages from Rumsey Construction Inc. relating to the applicable request, equipment ticket, service matter, or other communication described at the time of consent.
The SMS consent checkbox is optional and is not pre-selected.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to submit an equipment issue, purchase goods or services, or receive services from Rumsey Construction Inc.

After you send STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed.
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages through this messaging program unless you provide consent again.

Prohibited Use
